Woodland Walks for Workplace Wellbeing

A recent woodland walk at Hamilton International Technology Park offered staff and visitors a welcome opportunity to step away from the office and enjoy the park’s natural surroundings.

The walk highlighted the newly manicured paths, with the landscaping team having recently carried out maintenance works, including the removal of moss to improve both appearance and accessibility. These improvements have made the woodland routes more enjoyable for everyone using them.

Spending time outdoors provides a valuable chance to reset during the working day, and the woodland walk encourages people to take a break from their screens, get some fresh air, and return to work feeling refreshed and re-energised. Initiatives like this continue to enhance the overall experience of working within Hamilton International Technology Park.
